Big fan of stillstream.com, and have also started enjoying Brian Bienkowski's "Quiet Sounds" podcast, which just got listed on iTunes.

There is a site that I quite like for electronic music (I think it is german) http://www.adnoiseam.net and of course pingthings for moodier stuff.
